The food was delicious. Service was great. I booked a table through fork but it remained pending. I then rang them. The booking was still not on the system. Luckily they had availability as I had a few guests from out of town.

Sukhothai Chapel Allerton

I first came across Sukhothai in 2004. I was so impressed with the quality of the food and service that I felt I had to write a review in Harden&#39;s Restaurant Guide (2005). Ban, Pat, and all the staff have made Sukhothai the success it is today. It&#39;s a treasure trove of exceptional and delightful Thai food - the best and most authentic outside of Thailand. A jewel in a crown.

Staff really polite, great service, many vegan options, food great. Only have one negative and that is when we visit we feel rushed to eat, pay and vacate the table even before the 2hr booking slot has elapsed. It&#39;s a treat to dine out and time should be considered for the diners to enjoy the full experience. Apart from that we will return.

Great food as always but unfortunately they had no record of our booking through the fork. Also asked us to leave and rushed us out after 1hr 40 minutes because they wanted to seat another table.

Excellent speedy service of delicious hot food in a very popular restaurant- so popular lots of conversation by numerous other diners was a little noisy but only to be expected.
